Investing in Opportunity. Building STEM Pathways Together.

The Charles Herbert Flowers Foundation (CHFF) partners with schools, community organizations, colleges, and employers to expand access to STEM education, mentorship, and postsecondary pathways for first-generation and underrepresented high school students in Mecklenburg County and surrounding communities.

Rooted in legacy and community service, our work is grounded in collaboration. We believe lasting impact happens when organizations work together to meet students where they are and open doors to opportunity.

Why Partner With CHFF

Partners choose to work with CHFF because we:

  • Focus on high school students at a critical decision point
  • Prioritize first-generation, underserved, and rural communities
  • Offer hands-on, relationship-driven programming
  • Honor a legacy of service through meaningful, measurable impact
  • Design programs that are right-sized, funder-ready, and scalable

We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and welcome both financial and programmatic partnerships.
