The Charles Herbert Flowers Foundation ™  (CHFFINC ™ ) partners with schools, community organizations, colleges, and employers to expand access to STEM education and postsecondary pathways for first-generation and underrepresented high school students in North Carolina.

Rooted in legacy and community service, our work is grounded in collaboration. We believe lasting impact occurs when organizations collaborate to meet students where they are and open doors to opportunities.
