Dr. A. Browder, Secretary
Dr. A Browder brings a wealth of experience in education and a strong passion for advocating for those who are underrepresented and underserved. As secretary, Dr. Browder will work tirelessly to serve her community. Her knowledge of education spans from early education through college years and beyond. With over 15 years of leadership experience, Dr. Browder has successfully implemented processes and procedures to move non-proficient readers to proficiency. She also has a tutoring service.
Dr. Browder is recognized for strategic thinking, fostering partnerships, advocating for change, and has contributed to the successful opening of several charter schools within the Charlotte area. She currently attends God's Glory Deliverance Ministry, where she serves as a member of the Outreach Ministry and Scholarship Committee. She received her PhD in Educational Leadership in 2020 from North Central University.
In her leisure time, Dr. Browder enjoys reading, cooking, exercising, and spending time with her family. She is married with three children.
